Love Always is a message delivery application operated by Love Always App LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company. Our app allows users to record voice messages, write letters, and attach photos to be delivered to loved ones at a future date or milestone. You can reach us at hello@lovealwaysapp.com.
We collect the information you provide directly to us when you create an account, including your name and email address. We collect the content you create within the app — voice recordings, written letters, and photos — as well as information about the recipients you add, including their name, relationship to you, and optionally their email address or phone number. We also collect standard usage data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, as well as payment information processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.
We use your information to provide and operate the Love Always service — to store your messages, deliver them to recipients at the time you specify, and send you account-related communications. We use your email address to send delivery notifications and, with your permission, product updates. We use payment information solely to process your subscription or one-time purchase through Stripe. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your message content for advertising or marketing purposes.
Your voice recordings, letters, and photos are stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database and storage provider. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Voice recordings are stored in a private storage bucket and are not publicly accessible. Only you and the intended recipient — via a unique private link — can access a message. We retain your messages for as long as your account is active. If you delete a message or close your account, your content is permanently deleted from our systems.
When you add a recipient to Love Always, we store only the information you provide — their name, relationship, and optionally their email or phone number. Recipients do not need to create an account to receive a message. When a message is delivered, the recipient receives an email with a unique private link. That link is not indexed or publicly discoverable. We do not contact your recipients for any purpose other than delivering the message you scheduled.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with the third-party service providers necessary to operate the app — including Supabase (database and storage), Resend (email delivery), OpenAI (voice transcription), and Stripe (payment processing). Each of these providers is contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time from your account settings. You can delete any message or recipient from your dashboard. If you close your account, all of your data including messages, recordings, and recipient information will be permanently deleted. To request deletion of your data or for any privacy-related questions, contact us at hello@lovealwaysapp.com. If you are a resident of California, the European Union, or another jurisdiction with applicable privacy laws, you may have additional rights regarding your personal data. Please contact us to exercise those rights.
Love Always is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at hello@lovealwaysapp.com and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you by email. Your continued use of Love Always after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
